Deuteronomy 28:36-38

^36 (A)Yahweh will lead you and your king, whom you set over you, to a nation which neither you nor your fathers have known, and there you shall serve other gods, ^(B)wood and stone. ^37 (C)You shall become an object of horror, a proverb, and a byword among all the people where Yahweh drives you.

³⁸ “^(D)You shall bring out much seed to the field, but you will gather in little, for ^(E)the locust will consume it.
